Subcontractors
Haley Construction’s success is due, in no small part, to
our relationships with our subcontractors. Many of our subcontractors have
worked with us for years, even decades. They take comfort in knowing they
are working with a general contractor that has been in business for more
than 35 years, and that they will be paid promptly. If you would like to
partner with us, please see the information below.
Our subcontractors are required to maintain adequate
general liability, workers compensation and automobile insurances. The
minimum limits are $2mil/$1mil/$1mil for general liability, and $500,000 for
workers compensation. We do require an up to date insurance certificate,
prior to working on our projects.
We require that each subcontractor submit a completed W-9
Request for Taxpayer Identification Number, prior to any payments being
issued.
Each subcontractor is required to be licensed and
registered in every state and local jurisdiction they are contracted to work
in, and provide Haley Construction, Inc. with the appropriate license and
tax registration numbers.
